Journal Policy & Funding

Financial Independence

SERJ is an independent entity that does not receive subsidies from external funding agencies or government bodies. Our modest Article Processing Charges (APC) are reinvested directly into the journal’s infrastructure.

These funds cover:

  • Rigorous peer-review management.
  • Professional editorial processing.
  • Long-term digital archiving and website maintenance.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Adhering to international academic standards and UGC-aligned practices, SERJ commits significant administrative and academic resources once a manuscript moves into the peer-review or acceptance phase.

Please be advised: Processing fees are non-refundable if a manuscript is withdrawn after it has been formally accepted, irrespective of the circumstances. We encourage all authors to thoroughly review our scope and policies before finalizing their submission.
