How to Submit?
Authors can submit their manuscripts through the journal’s Online Submission Process or via Google Form as per their convenience.
Manuscript Structure
While there is flexibility in formatting, especially for case studies, research papers should follow this structure:
- Title Page (Includes Title, Author(s) Name & Affiliation(s), Contact Details, Email, Correspondence Address with Pincode)
- Abstract (Minimum 250 words)
- Keywords (Up to 6)
- Subject Area (Relevant Field of Study)
- Main Sections:
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- References and Footnotes
For manuscripts in Hindi, Sanskrit, Gujarati, or other languages, authors must provide the first five elements in both English and the native language.
Title Page
The title page should include the manuscript title, author details, contact information, abstract, keywords, and subject area.
Abstract
The abstract should summarize the research purpose, key findings, and conclusions in 250 words. It should not duplicate the information already mentioned in the title. References should be avoided in the abstract.
Keywords
A maximum of six keywords should be listed immediately after the abstract.
Introduction
The introduction should highlight the study’s purpose and link it to existing research. A detailed literature review is not necessary—only recent and relevant references should be cited.
Materials and Methods
This section should be concise, explaining only new methodologies. Established procedures should be referenced rather than described in detail.
Results and Discussion
The results should present experimental designs, optimizations, and findings, while the discussion should interpret these results logically and with proper justification. The Results and Discussion sections may be combined if necessary.
Conclusion
The conclusion should provide a brief summary of the research, including key findings from materials, methods, results, and discussions.

- Figures should have clear titles and labels for axes. Use appropriate font sizes for numbers, symbols, and letters.
Publication Process
The Executive Editor may request format modifications before publication. Manuscripts that fail to meet formatting standards may be rejected. Errors in published papers will be addressed in Additions and Corrections.
